Finally!

 We worked, and worked...

Painted in the hot sun, and by flashlight
And showed our skills doing the Chicken Dance
It takes a lot longer to put on the shingles, and takes more sheet metal than we ever imagined.  Yeah Dylan, super shingle cutter!  He used up all the sheet metal Jef had been storing.  I am so glad it has been relocated in such a fun way.
All finished, the ladies moved in and we were a stop on the Tour-De-Coop.  About 200 people came by.  They were very complimentary, we even had some who wanted Jef to design a coop for them.  It was a very hot day but the chickens looked beautiful and very happy with their new home.

The following names have been suggested:
Taj-Ma-Coop
Chick-Ma-Hall
Coop DeVille  (this is Jef's favorite)
And in gratitude for their cool new home...our FIRST EGG arrived July 5th, and to my surprise it was even in the nest box we made...smart birds!

We are so excited!  now I have to go every day and see what fun eggs they have left for me.

Only Rose would paint in such a fashionable outfit! :) The coop looks lovely, I can't wait to see it in person.
